Reclaiming your true self
Identify existing, outdated inner and external structures, along with using Astrology, Human Design, and the Gene Keys as tools for greater self-awareness, self-recognition, and self-understanding.
1:1 sessions to identify, reclaim, and integrate the concepts, tools, and practices so they can fully be applied and embodied.
Guided somatic exercises for deep reflection and clarity.
Shadow work is an essential component in this work.
COLOR RESONANCE
Using color to reveal your innate radiance
This 2-hour in-person color journey blends Color Theory, Astrology, Human Design, and the Gene Keys to reveal your ideal palette that naturally enhances your true essence.
You receive a comprehensive color fan, comprising of 100+ of your best colors, along with a personalized Digital Color Card.
This is an in-person immersive, sensory experience.
CLOSET EDIT
A closet that supports dressing as a practice
As with any space in your home, a functional and organized closet not only allows you to dress with ease but also supports a grounded, balanced nervous system.
Each piece you keep or release becomes a signal to your nervous system and to the subconscious, of what you're ready to reclaim and embody.
This is a guided session, offering recommendations and suggestions that bring functionality, organization, clarity, and coherence to your daily life.
This is a virtual, 1:1 session.
EMBODIED
Wardrobe Realignment
Dress to reflect your self-value and lived alignment.
A guided personalized styling experience, intended to recalibrate the nervous system, reinforce innate self-value, and support inner-outer coherence.
It is refining and building the ideal wardrobe, along with identifying the fabrics, silohuettes, and styles that support your natural flow and allow your true self to be revealed.
This is an in-person immersive, sensory experience.
SPATIAL STYLING
Home as anchor to support evolutions of self
This in-person session transforms one space of your choice, using existing furniture and thoughtfully selected smaller decor or objects, to create cohesion, balance, and harmony—helping you feel supported and anchored throughout your days.
It’s about creating a physical environment you inhabit daily that supports your presence and alignment.
This is a collaborative process, co-created to reflect and support your embodied evolution.
Any work beyond this scope will be treated as a separate project.

Purely conceptual coaching or advice — the container is somatic, reflective, and experiential.
Digital-only engagement — in-person presence is essential for the full experience.
