We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 via UPS Ground!

We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there be processing delays during sale events and holidays. Estimated delivery times are based on standard business days Monday through Friday, and do not include weekends and holidays.

Please be sure to enter a valid shipping address and a secure shipping location upon checkout. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Return + Exchange Policy

We offer Free Exchanges & Returns on all U.S. online orders only.

Just simply send us an email at hello@bittergracedc.com and we'll send you the pre-paid Return Label via email.

We accept returns within 15 days of the order date. Your return(s) must meet the following criteria below to be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment:

  • We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date.
  • Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and scent-free with all tags attached.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size or color, please contact us via email to initiate the exchange. The product must be unworn and unwashed within the 15-day period of the order date.

We must first receive the product before you are able to proceed with an exchange or place a new order for another item. A team member will contact you via email when we have verified the return and to also provide assistance to complete the exchange.
